The Freckled Frog was created and is maintained by Susan Payton and Amy Bogart-Wilhoite. The Freckled Frog provides quality consignment children's clothing and boutique items such as personalized baby bags, hairbows and much more.

The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) prohibits retailers from selling children's toys, clothing, etc that contain high levels of lead paint and phthalates. The Freckled Frog cannot accecpt and will not resell items such as jumpers, baby swings or other items that could potentially contain lead paint or phthalates.

Clothes are inspected for quality and only the very best are accepted and resold. Consignments should be brought to the Freckled Frog washed and ready to be inspected.
